We hold same-day urgent care slots open every morning. Please call or WhatsApp our clinic directly at 082 676 5487 as early as possible to secure an urgent slot.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Missing an appointment without notifying us may result in a R500 late-cancellation fee, which is not covered by medical aid. This fee helps us ensure we can offer the appointment to another patient in need.
Yes, we offer secure video consultations for follow-ups, prescription checks, lab result discussions, and certain acute conditions that do not require physical exams. You can select "Telehealth Consults" during the appointment booking process.
